About Safari Park:

Safari Park is an amusing tourist spot In Bangladesh, Located in near the Dhaka city which is the capital of Bangladesh. The whole safari park will give a flavor of visiting wild Africa. Almost all natural view like Africa you will see here. Anyone can visit this place and I am sure he or she must be charm a lot by enjoying the park’s beauty. This park is also known as Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Safari Park.

Many tourist from Asia such like India, Nepal, Thailand, Indonesia visit this park and getting experience of this jungle environment.

Specialty of Safari Park:

In this park you will have natural vision center, information and educational center, nature history museum, park office, Rest house, Dormitory, wild hospital, crocodile park, fancy dark garden, crooned freezing aviary ,parrot aviary, Dhones Bird Corner, macaw land, marine aquarium, orchid house, butterfly garden, climate house, vulture corner, hanging bridge, investigation tower, water resort, lion vision point, echo resort, food court, elephant show gallery, bird show gallery, egg world, child park.

There are almost thousands animals on  26 species  In Bangabondhu safari park . There are 11 Tigers, 3 white lions, another 7 lions, 100 Peacock, more than 200 deer’s, 4  giraffe, 6 zebra, 13 wild cow, 4 elephant, 5  Beer and various species Birds. All of these animals are openly living in this park.Now there are 31 local and international species  of animals in this park.

Location of Gazipur Safari Park:

The Park is situated in Gazipur District that is very near to Dhaka city. So at first you have to go gazipur chowrasta, from here you have to follow the road that is forward along the Mymensingh road and directly come to Bagher Bazar. If you go from Dhaka then the distance from Dhaka to Bagher Bazar is only 40 kilometers. After reaching Bagher bazar please go on the path of west side. On the place you will have rikshaw,CNG as transports to reach at the safari park. From Bager bazar the distance is only 3 kilometers to safari park.

You need only 5o taka if you want to go by bus from Dhaka to bagher bazar and from bager bazar to safari park you  have  to pay only 15 taka per person by auto rikshaw.  

You can start your visit from tiger Restaurent which is a very safe place surrounded by hard glasses. From this restaurant you can see the tigers very closely and you can hear their roar. Restaurant workers call the tigers and they paying their  heed to them. When you will see the tigers just by a simple distance of a glass then you will feel the thrill as you feel by seeing the animal based tv channel such like National Geography, Discovery, Animal Planet etc.

You will have various  food inside the park and rest house is  also available. There is no off day for this park. For the Educational institution’s Visit the Fee chart is:

*For Educational excursion you have to take advance permission from the park authority.

*you can visit whole the park by transport system, for AC Bus you have to pay 100Taka per person, for kids 50taka per person. Bus will take you into the lion and tigers area with a strong safety
